Over the course of six workshops we will explore a way of journaling that works for you: organisational techniques, reflection practices, gratitude, positivity and how to use journaling as a way to live our best lives.

Each two hour long workshop gives you time to focus on your journaling, implementing methods and crafting your own sustainable approach. We will also look at how to integrate any digital journal tools you may use.

Hot and cold drinks, food and good vibes are all available!

About Lucie: she has a Masters in Health Psychology from Northumbria University, is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and runs her own business Radiant by Lucie.
